MW2 had some nice side missions like that, but I was introduced to that style of co-op play with Black Arrow. They want to make some lousy objective instead of going from point A to point B. You had multiple scenarios and missions in Black Arrow that a lot of games can't do today. I'd personally rather do that, but I think you'll probably prefer the maps to the original Vegas. I preferred the multiplayer in R63 Black Arrow on Xbox.
